Service Description

Work on your own goals, at your own pace, in a safe environment. Port Pilates is a fully equipped studio with Reformers, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Towers, Spine corrector and a multitude of small apparatus and props. Three clients in the class ensures the instructor has time to give you the attention, guidance and correction that you need to improve. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
