What is Pilates?
An exercise method that can provide you with a mixture of strength, stability and flexibility. Pilates can improve your postural alignment and functional movement.
It is named after Joseph Pilates who started life as a sickly child with rickets, rheumatic fever and asthma. He went about “curing” himself through exercise with a mixture of gymnastics, weights, skiing, diving, and martial arts.

Why Should I Do Pilates?
I can teach you how to use Pilates to balance your body, align your joints, and learn to move more efficiently. The exercises focus on giving you a stronger core, which will improve your posture and decrease your risk of injury.
